I have extensive experience delivering SSG/WSQ-accredited programmes in digital transformation, data protection, and change management for a wide range of organisations, including Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore National Employers Federation, and TÜV SÜD. Each month, I train over 150 business leaders and managers in leadership and data protection, while supporting more than 50 SMEs in strengthening regulatory compliance and advancing their digital transformation initiatives.

Project Management Strategies

I have led and delivered high-value, multi-million-dollar projects, achieving significant cost efficiencies with savings exceeding $230,000. My experience includes managing complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met, and successfully securing the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) ahead of the original project schedule.
